As it currently stands, the first contact that is created for a vendor becomes the master contact, and all future contacts must be approved by the master before they can log in. However, we often run into a situation where the master contact is no longer with the organization or can’t be reached to approve additional contact requests. There should be a way for us to set up new contact records for a company without needing to reach out to support if the master contact is unavaliable.

I just realized there was reply to this. Unfortunately, that does not help in our situation since we often work with payees who are not well-established companies with this type of general AR mailbox. It would still be helpful to have this feature.
