Allow requestors to attach documents to POs at any point#8

I have noticed that if a requestor has not added Documents to a PO when they create the PO- there is no provision for them to add a document afterwards - even if the PO has not been fully approved.

This seems to be at cross purposes - the requestor most likely has the pertinent documentation, and if they failed to attach it at initiation, an approver should be able to request that they attache the documents PRIOR to the approver approving the document…
