End users should have easier functionality to approve via email as do other competing platforms. The website needs to be mobile-optimized and should be able to function in a limited capacity without logging in (i.e. with a unique link in the email).

The mobile app only permits approvals (no history or other data) and is very cumbersome to log in. At a minimum it should allow you to remain logged in.

We have enhanced our mobile app significatly this year. Please update the app and see it you would like us to enhance any feature on the mobile app! I will close this feature request for now! Please let me know if you have questions!
