PO Line Item - drop down list#41

The PO Line Item box should have a drop down list if the field pulls values from integrated system like QuickBooks. Currently you have to know what line items exist.

This should be simple since other fields on the same header / page have drop down lists.

This frustrates general staff users as they have to guess on what exists since the field is not free from as part of our company’s use of Accrualify.

Ex. If going to buy 50L of Water and they start to type 50L, 5, Water, Liters or other vendor description that does not exist since there are already pre-defined items like Lab Supplies that this item is suppose to be categorized by. What happens is the user wastes their time, the company’s time, and create dislike in the system which eventually leads to the company looking for a more friendly system that has a simple drop down list.
