Enable PO requestors to select the recipient of the PO#38

When a user is requesting a PO, it would be very useful for the user to be able to select the contact at the vendor that they would like to receive the PO. That way the requestor can be sure that it will go to the right person upon approval.

It would be helpful so that when the PO is sent to the vendor, the requestor is cc’ed on the email so that the vendor can reply back to the requestor with questions and so that the requestor can see evidence that the PO was actually sent to the correct vendor email address.

It would also be helpful if the PO was sent in PDF attached to the email and not a link as our vendors will not click links due to risk of viruses etc.

Currently, our lab is not using Accrualify to create PO’s because they don’t get any kind of assurance that the vendor actually received the PO so enabling this functionality would enable our lab to start using Accrualify for PO’s and would be greatly appreciated.

We actually have the functionality to select a vendor contact or add a vendor contact to receive the PO after approval. If you want us to turn that feature on for you, please let me know. I’ll have Vipasha do that with your approval.

We’ll definitley keep this enhancement ticket open for the PDF functionality, though. That one is a little trickier to implement, but we are up to the challenge. :)
