Issue
When creating a virtual card in Corpay Complete, there is a Message button in the upper right corner that expands into a messaging window with two options: Internal Chat and Vendor Chat. Based on the design, I expected the Internal Chat feature to be a suitable place to document important card-related notes, such as the reason a card was blocked.
While the card audit history allows us to identify who performed an action (such as blocking a card), there is currently no reliable way to document why the action was taken. As a result, we must maintain a separate tracking process outside of the system to capture these reasons for audit and operational purposes.
Additionally, the messaging functionality appears to be limited to cards that I personally created. In practice, I may need to add notes to cards issued by other users, but I am unable to do so, which limits the usefulness of the feature as an audit and documentation tool.

Provide a way to add and retain internal notes on any virtual card, regardless of which user created it. This would allow organizations to document important operational information, such as:
The existing Message window could potentially serve this purpose if it were expanded to support note-taking and visibility across all cards, not just those created by the current user. This enhancement would improve auditability, reduce the need for external tracking spreadsheets, and provide a central location for card-related documentation.
