Description field on credit memo grid#159

Regarding ​Credit memo > Description column is blank due to which no data is showing in our columns, our OCR does not process any data in Description field. OCR processes the data in header memo field on credit memo form. The memo field is mapped to Intacct message field at header level on Accrualify Vendor Credit form. We would like to expose memo column on credit memo grid.
