We see there is an option “Contract End Date”. By enabling this AP team have the below advantage.
1).Notify through e-mail to AP about contract end date. Which will help the team to aware the contract will be going to expire on particular date and work on renewal or termination of contract.
2)Block the contractor/vendor for billing after end date.
